Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Metality Lab LLC (“Metality Lab,” “Intelimmerse,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the IntelimmerseV1 virtual reality application (the “App”) on Meta Horizon OS devices. It applies to the App itself; it does not cover the data practices of Meta Platforms, Inc. or the Meta Horizon operating system, which are governed by Meta's own privacy policy.

2.1 Account information — When you sign in with your Meta Horizon account, we receive a unique account identifier, display name, and avatar information as provided by the platform. We do not receive your Meta account password or payment credentials.

2.2 In-app activity — We collect information about how you use the App: which islands and environments you visit (Navium, Ludere, Perdisco, Opus), session length, feature interactions, and coaching session activity with our AI coaches.

2.3 Voice & multiplayer data — The App uses real-time voice chat (via Photon Voice) for multiplayer environments and AI coach interaction. See Section 5 for details on how voice audio is handled.

2.4 Purchases — If you buy virtual items or upgrades, purchase records (item, price, timestamp, and a Meta-issued transaction identifier) are collected. Meta Horizon Store processes your actual payment method; we never see or store full payment card details.

2.5 Device & technical information — We collect standard technical data such as headset model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.

• Operate, maintain, and personalize the App and its AI coaching features
• Process purchases and entitle virtual items
• Maintain multiplayer sessions and voice connectivity
• Diagnose crashes and improve performance and content
• Enforce our Terms of Service and keep the App safe

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who host our infrastructure, process voice data (Photon), or provide analytics/crash reporting, under contracts limiting their use of your data
• Meta Platforms, Inc., as required to operate on Meta Horizon OS, process purchases, and comply with platform policies
• Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

Multiplayer social spaces and AI coach sessions transmit your voice audio in real time to other participants and/or to our AI speech system so it can respond to you. Voice audio is processed to enable these features and is not stored beyond what is technically necessary to deliver the session, unless you report another user, in which case a short clip may be retained solely to review the report.

We retain account and activity information for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward to comply with legal, tax, or dispute-resolution obligations. You may request earlier deletion as described in Section 7.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at tyler@metalitylab.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

IntelimmerseV1 is intended for users who meet the minimum age to hold a Meta Horizon account and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the United States and may process information there or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

The App relies on the Meta Horizon platform (account, store, and headset sensor APIs governed by Meta's own policies) and Photon (real-time networking and voice). Review those providers' own privacy terms for details on their handling of data on their systems.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and, where required, we will provide additional notice.
